What fitness level do I need to start?
Every Forge program includes a Level Selector assessment during onboarding. Foundry, for example, has Beginner (0–1 yr training), Intermediate (1–3 yrs), and Advanced tracks. The programming adapts to your current numbers. If you can squat, press, and deadlift with basic form, you're ready for any program on this platform.
Do I need a full gym, or can I train at home?
Foundry and Ignite are designed for a fully-equipped gym with barbells, racks, and machines. Forge Flow and Iron Mind require only a mat and open floor space. The program library also includes home gym variants for Foundry that use dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight substitutions.
Can I stack multiple programs simultaneously?
Yes — and we encourage it. Our most popular combination is Foundry + Forge Flow, which pairs strength work with daily mobility sessions. Iron Mind is designed as a supplementary layer to any program. Stacking Foundry + Ignite is advanced and should only be attempted after completing at least one full cycle of each individually.
How does the recovery intelligence system work?
Recovery Intelligence aggregates your daily HRV reading (via compatible wearables or our manual check-in), sleep duration, subjective readiness score, and rolling 7-day training load. The algorithm outputs a daily readiness score and recommends whether to train at full intensity, reduce load by 20%, or take an active recovery day. This feature is exclusive to Elite membership.
What wearables does Forge integrate with?
Forge connects natively with Whoop, Garmin, Apple Health, and Google Fit. Oura Ring integration is in beta for Elite members. All data syncs automatically every morning and updates your recovery score before your first session of the day.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel any time, no questions asked, directly from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees, and all your logged data — workouts, PRs, progress notes — remains accessible for 12 months after cancellation.
